As an organisation you want to equip your Executives and Boards with the knowledge and skills to successfully connect digital strategy, CX, marketing, ICT investment, data and analytics, so that your transformation, growth and/or improvement agenda is achievable and sustainable.
IterativeGrowth are transformation specialists working with executives and boards to bridge the knowledge gap between strategic direction and what that actually means on the ground. We do this through short, sharp high impact focus sessions, that are run as an agenda item in your Executive/Board meeting.
The sessions, or Intro-nars are designed to give a broad overview of a given topic with a deep dive into one or two focus areas within that topic, as relevant to your needs.
Acceptance/Quality criteria - how we deliver
-
Given that your Executive/Board meetings run for a couple of hours the training can take place as an agenda item.
-
Delivery must be engaging and energetic.
-
Must use adult education principles.
-
Should fit into executive financial delegation levels.
-
Content should be tailored for Executives/ Boards.
Intronars - short high impact focus sessions run during a executive/board meeting.
The more skilled your Executives and Board members are, the more refined and achievable the decisions that they make, will be.
Board members and Executives are now expected to understand enough about the agendas of digital strategy, agile delivery, customer experience transformation, data and technology uplift and business transformation to make knowledgeable, well-connected and successful strategic decisions.
Intro-nars are designed to help Executives and Boards gain an understanding of how to successfully connect these agendas between strategy and operations (i.e. what will be the impact of these agendas on the operating rhythm of operations in:
Finance and Budget Cycles,
Planning Cycles,
Customer Services,
Risk and Governance,
Reporting,
Procurement,
Marketing and
HR and Culture
For example, if your organisation has an agenda to transform your customer experience, what is the impact on the operations of your planning cycles, your marketing, your finance and budget cycles and your reporting? Or, if your organisation wants to become agile, what does that actually mean for your HR and Culture, procurement and budget cycles and operations?
Sessions run for one hour or 90 minutes (depending on how deeply you want to understand the impact on your operations). Each session can easily fit into your Executive or Board agenda. Once you have identified the organisational agenda, you can choose up to three key areas of operational impact, to include in your session.
In practice:
Step one: choose which agenda suits your organisational focus agenda (e.g. agile delivery)
Step two: choose which operational impact areas you would like to understand better (e.g. Marketing, Customer Services, Planning and Budget)
